Fleece works by wicking moisture away from the nappy and allowing it to evaporate away.  The increased air circulation make it a perfect wrap for summer nights. It is also good for skin because it is so breathable. It is important to avoid clothing which is tight over the wrap as this has the tendency to squeeze the wrap and cause wetness to wick onto clothing.
