Postage and packing will be charged at a fixed rate of £1.75 for all orders for delivery to the UK only.
We will use Royal Mail to deliver your goods. Most orders are dispatched the same day, but please allow 5 working days. If there is any reason why your goods cannot be delivered, or any delay, we will contact you by email (the email address you provide for paypal). Very occasionally goods will be sent to you direct from the manufacturer.
As this is an eco-friendly business we will reuse
packaging whenever possible.
PAYMENT
You can order goods via the website which has an integrated paypal shopping cart.
Alternatively if you wish to place an order and pay by cheque,bankers draft, cash, postal order or bank transfer you may do so by emailing us first with your requirements. We will then be able to give you further details regarding payment.
RETURNS
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mamaduck. However, if you are not happy, you can return the original unused item to us within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the item(s). This excludes the P&P charge.
We are unable to accept any returned goods that are in a condition which prevents us re-selling them, ie pre-washed, smelling of smoke, perfume etc. We will be unable to refund the cost of return postage for the item unless it is faulty.
If the goods are damaged or faulty you can return them to us and expect a replacement or full and immediate refund (including reasonable return postage costs) within 14 days from purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is advisable to obtain proof of postage from your post office when returning items to us.
